   I am taking ta**xifen to reduce estrogen post breast cancer. Among other things this med does it all but eliminated my libido and a side effect is an inability to achieve/reach orgasm. Occasionally I’m successful but I have a greatly reduced spence of sensation. Frustration overtakes and I’m dead in the water. I’m wondering what product(s) you would suggest.      As long as you can have an orgasm does it really matter? Every woman is different- some respond to vaginal stimulation and others to clitoral stimulation.
